Mercer County held it’s 2nd Annual Oktoberfest in historic downtown Harrodsburg last weekend. The festival took over main street from Friday through Sunday. And actually blocked off several blocks of downtown to traffic. There was live music throughout the festival. And the party got kicked off with a large concert and celebration Friday night.
The festival boasted plenty of delicious food vendors. Some of the food was traditional German food, as well as several locally popular food trucks. There were beautiful arts and crafts tents set up with displays and demonstrations.
Daniel and Rebecca Hurst made sure to attend the Oktoberfest festivities on Saturday. As well as dropping by the beautiful grounds of Beaumont Inn to enjoy the wonderful fall weather some more. To see more pictures from the event check out Hurst & Hurst Law’s Facebook page.
