Danville, KY

Hurst & Hurst Law is proudly located in Danville, Kentucky. Originally incorporated as a city in 1787, Danville is known as the "City of Firsts" and is the site where the first Constitution for Kentucky was drafted and signed. Danville is also where the first courthouse was built in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

In 2012, Danville was named in the Top Ten Small Towns in the United States (by Livability.com). Danville was named one of the 6 finalists for the “Most Beautiful” among the Best Small Towns in America in the 2012 Rand McNally/USA Today Best of the Road Competition. Danville was ranked in the “25 Best Places to Retire” in the US 2 years in a row (2011 and 2012) (by CNN/Money magazine). Danville was selected to host the U.S. Vice-Presidential debates in 2000 and in 2012.

Junction City, KY

Junction city was formally incorporated in 1882 and the intersection of the L&N railroad and the Cincinnati Southern Railway made this small town important to commerce in the early years. Today it is a class 4 city and is a home rule-class city and borders Lincoln County, Kentucky.

Perryville, KY

Perryville was the site of the bloodiest battle in Kentucky during the Civil War and a reenactment is held on the same site each October, the same month the battle was originally fought.

Perryville includes an historic Merchants Row built in the 1840s, which is one of the only remaining business districts of that era in America. Merchants Row is located on the banks of the Chaplin River and was the original business district in Perryville when it was built.
