The attorneys of Hurst & Hurst Law attended personal injury lawyer training in Nashville, TN. The Kentucky Justice Association, hosted the continuing legal education seminar in TN. The Kentucky Justice Association is a professional organization devoted to protecting plaintiff’s right to trial. As well as helping provide better legal representation to Kentucky.
The training was part of the KJA’s annual convention, which took place in lovely Nashville, TN. The event’s location allowed lawyers from all across the State to strengthen relationships. And take in some of the wonderful sights Nashville has to offer.
The convention’s focus was to provide training to Kentucky lawyers regarding personal injury cases and how to better litigate them. As well as how to best counter the current tactics of large insurance defense firms. For lawyers who attended the convention received continuing legal education credits (CLEs). Every attorney who practices in Kentucky has to earn a minimum number of continuing legal education credits per year to stay eligible to practice.
