The attorneys of Hurst & Hurst Law attended personal injury lawyer training in Nashville, TN. The Kentucky Justice Association, hosted the continuing legal education seminar in TN. The Kentucky Justice Association is a professional organization devoted to protecting plaintiff’s right to trial. As well as helping provide better legal representation to Kentucky.

Suboxone Treatment For Substance Abuse In Kentucky
In modern America you would be hard pressed to find anyone who has never been affected in some way by substance abuse addiction. Most of us have had at least one relative or close friend struggle with substance abuse. Addiction can ruin lives and often leads a person to have an interaction with the legal system. Attorney Rebecca Hurst Recognized For Award By Kentucky Bar Association
Hurst & Hurst Law attorney Rebecca Hurst, was recognized for her efforts to improve the legal profession. She was recognized for her work to elevate the legal profession in Kentucky through continuing education in February 2016. All attorneys in Kentucky are required to take Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits every year. In Kentucky, a lawyer is awarded for completing sixty (60) or more continuing legal education credits (CLEs) in a three (3) year period. In 2016, the Kentucky Bar Association recognized Rebecca and has awarded her with the Continuing Legal Education Award.
Hurst & Hurst Attended Family Law Training in Kentucky
The attorneys of Hurst & Hurst Law attended family law training in Louisville, KY today. The training addressed Dependency, Abuse and Neglect cases in Kentucky, known as DNA cases. The DNA training helps prepare lawyers to provide legal representation to abused and neglected children in the state of Kentucky.
More than 6,000 children are placed in State’s custody every year. Most of these children are in state’s custody because they have been removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect. Guardian ad litems or GALs are appointed in DNA cases to ensure children receive fair and quick attention from the judicial system. As well as being placed in appropriate homes in a timely manner.
